As a mother of two and Crystal Palace fan based in Worthing, she combines deep local knowledge with a passion for connecting educators with schools where they can thrive. Rachel's firsthand experience with the time-consuming tasks that pull recruiters away from relationship-building inspired the creation of these automation solutions.
Alex
With a background in food science and a passion for data organization, Alex discovered the power of automation while founding a company that connected food brands with manufacturers. After creating her first recruitment automation to help Rachel, Alex realized the transformative potential of AI for the recruitment industry.
